Another wine, same spirit, same family The latest addition to the Gaffelière family, Dame de Gaffelière comes from selected plots at the foot of the slope. Like Clos La Gaffelière, this wine has its own vat room and cellar. It is vinified and aged with the same care and demanding requirements as the Family’s first wine, Château La Gaffelière. The blend is made up of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This cuvée stands out for its elegant style and the finesse of its tannins.
